During autumn 2005 Informationsteknik was contacted by the French company "Global Leaders", with regard to helping them with a large event in Johannesburg, South Africa in June 2006.
Global Leaders organizes conferences for chief executives all over the world. At these events, internationally recognized speakers give the audience insight in their view on management and leadership.
In the beginning of 2006 Informationsteknik participated in a preparation tour to South Africa, where we held a site inspection and meetings with feasible local suppliers.
Our role was defined as projekt consultant. Our task was to find the optimal technical solution and ensure a conference handling that lived up to their quality demands.
Additionally we designed the graphical expression of the widescreen and produced a show, to tie the three day long conference together.
Together with the customer "Global Leaders" we designed a widescreen layout (5x15m) which further stregthened the customers' and the sponsors' brands against the delegates in the conference hall. At the same time the layout could contain camera images and PowerPoint presentations.
The feedback from the local sponsors and delegates has been very positive - never before did they see such an impressive set-up and such a keen handling. Also the speakers enjoyed the framework. Among the speakers we will mention: Reverend Jesse Jackson, Carly Fiorina, Tom Peters, Rudolph Giuliani and Michael Porter.
After the great success in South Africa we are looking forward to continuing the cooperation with future events in India and Russia.
